Round Table Meditation

 

Prior to starting, select an issue or situation you want to resolve, you are working on or want more information on. Be always open to other issues to come to the surface from the subconscious that could displace your conscious intellectual choice.  Remember, you know how to do, or at least have the access to knowledge of, all things - so just go and do it. If you feel fear, acknowledge it. 

 

Place yourself in a comfortable position with the auric field in an optimum flow and meridians functioning. Use any tools or music like binaural, theta, lights or light hypnosis. Breathe deeply and slowly.
Relax. Take as long as you need to get into a sensitive seeing, feeling or hearing state. Imagine a round table with lots of chairs around it. Take a chair and invite all your other parts to do likewise. As the chairs fill up, keep calling your parts in.

 

As the chairs fill up, ask individual parts to tell you how they feel about the life you are leading. As they complain, praise or recount their likes and dislikes slowly get them to a state to interact with you. As you tell them of the different issues involved, interact with them in a balanced space and let them know you love them just the way they are. As they get calm and tell you their stories let them know you support them.

 

Most of the time, that is all you can do in the first round and let them know you will continue the process. Just make sure you do continue.

As you go on, you will help them process their fears, traumas and anger and allow them to be in the process. As you gain experience in the method, you can call in other parts of yourself to help the parts to access the solution which is at the center of each problem, step out of time and space with the afflicted part and travel back on the time line to the causal event.

Time line travel can be accessed in many ways. For now, mark a line in the room you are in with the start of the line being your birth and the end of it being the end of your life in this time line. You can either look at it or walk it.

 

View the event and have the part understand that it is in the past or the future and can be transmuted in the timeless space accessed. Many times a conversation will ensue in allowance and lead to resolvance through this guided process by re-experiencing the stuck feelings and choosing to let them go.

Have the observer and helping part go into the stuck position and release it so when that is gone, the part can see what it really wanted to do and then allow it to step into that position. Then the part can grow up into your age range to become part of the team and you can assign jobs to the parts for daily help.

As you release the stuck positions the complaining will get less and co-operation and eventually enthusiasm for the new way of being will surge up. As this happens, cohesion and order will start to reign at your table. As this happens, integrate the parts with one another and let natural order establish itself.

This could take many sessions of meditation and as you go through it. Make notes and keep the parts processing while you come out of meditation and go to sleep or work. We also can do consulting work for the issue.

These parts of you are energetic parts and are not tied to your physical routines, so you can leave them at their posts and work on your out-of-balance parts stuck in childhood or past life traumas.

I would check on them regularly and monitor the events and bring closure via integration as the process flows.

 

Eventually you will have transformed your rebellious, fearful, whining or manipulative parts and made them allies to help you in maneuvering through your life with zest, action, intuition and health. 

 

We have many parts to us, the fact is we are all somewhat schizophrenic. The trick is to become conscious of the parts and make them a viable part of daily existence. For that, we want to tune into new possibilities and ways of processing so we can use all of our parts in a fun manner.
